Under UK Mail Order Law, consumers are entitled to cancel their order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned unworn and in an undamaged state, and you are liable for any charges incurred in returning them. We will refund monies due within 30 days. Please include the original packaging and documentation, and obtain a certificate of posting.

 

For exchanges, a fee equivalent to the original shipping cost will be charged to cover handling and return carriage.
